Before processing the order it is important to have extensive consultancy appointments that will help determine material, design, extras and costs.

After the placing of order and the measuring you will be asked to prepay 50% of the entire tailoring costs.

To assure a perfect fitting, it is necessary to make a try-on appointment.
For more complicated creations with a higher degree of difficulty (f. ex. S-line corsets, evening gowns)
a second try-on appointment might be necessary.
For certain orders and under certain terms and conditions a measuring chart can be used which will make the customisation of your order possible without prior measuring and fitting. (not possible with corset dresses, ball gowns or customised clothes for men like pants, shirts and vests)

The outstanding payment will be due shortly before delivery or shipping, as the case may be.
Order acceptances from abroad (also EU countries) require 100%  prepayment.

Additionally I offer my clients an extended clothing alteration and/or mending service,
in particular for corsets.
